PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Installation and Technical Services Available:
The following is a list of installation and technical services we provide for personal computers. If you are in need of any service not listed here, please contact us for pricing. The Miscellaneous Service Labor rate will be used to cover labor charges for items not listed here, or unusual circumstances discussed with clients prior to a site visit, or if additional problems are discovered during service which requires additional parts and/or more time to complete. In any case, the customer will be made aware of any additional charges before the computer is serviced.
Miscellaneous Service Labor - 1 hour - Installation and/or testing at our location that is not listed below. Billed in quarter-hour increments.
Price: $65.00
Priority Service - Available to customers who are unable to wait the normal turnaround time for repairs to their system. This charge is added in addition to the regular price of the service to be performed.
Price: $50.00
Phone Service Labor - 1 hour - Labor charge for Phone support. Billed in quarter-hour increments.
Price: $65.00
Diagnostic Charge - Covers all non-warranty repairs. A system diagnostic check and evaluation is included. We will credit $35 dollars towards the repair labor charge if you decide to have us repair your system.
Price: $35.00
Windows XP/Vista/7 Operating System Install - Installation of Windows XP/Vista/7 operating system, includes existing hardware devices when drivers are provided. Special configuration or diagnosis of compatibility issues which can arise during upgrade or install will be billed separately at our Miscellaneous Service Labor rate.
Price: $65.00
Windows 2003/2008 Server/Workstation - Installation is performed using default parameters, includes existing hardware devices when drivers are provided. Special configuration or diagnosis of compatibility issues which can arise during upgrade or install will be billed separately at our Miscellaneous Service Labor rate.

Application Install (CD-ROM or Floppy Disk) - Application Install using CD-ROM based software.
Price: $30.00
Mass Storage Installation - Installation of Hard Drives, CD-ROM, Tape Drives, Optical Drives, etc.
Price: $50.00
Mass Storage Data Transfer - Transfer of data from an existing storage device to another. This could be disk-to-disk, tape-to-disk, disk-to-CDR, etc.
Price: $45.00-$75.00
(price may vary depending on media and amount of data to transfer)
Memory/Processor Upgrade Install - Charge for all memory and processor upgrades.
Price: $25.00
Peripheral Card Install - Covers the charge related to the installation of any peripheral card. Basic testing and the loading of any drivers are included.

Floppy Drive Install - Installation of a Floppy Drive.

ON-SITE SERVICES
Services provided on-site in the Milwaukee Metropolitan Area. These are in addition to the above listed fees.
On-site labor - minimum 1 hour - Miscellaneous labor not listed above performed at a customer's site. This supercedes the Miscellaneous Service Labor rate listed above and does not include trip or material charges.
Trip Charge - Trip charges associated to an on-site service call. The amount depends on the distance from our office to your location, and is billed in 15 minute increments at our on-site labor rate. Travel to calls within the City of Greenfield is free!
Non-Delivered Installation - Installation of a computer system that was delivered to the site by means other than PCMD.
Delivery and Installation - Delivery and installation of a computer system purchased from PCMD.
Delivery and Installation plus 1 hour Training - Delivery and installation of a computer system purchased from PCMD or not. This includes 1 hour of introductory computer training.
On-Site Travel Expenses:
Expenses Incurred outside of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Area. Duration is limited to 1 overnight maximum.
Labor Fees - This supercedes all other Labor fees listed above when working on-site outside of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Area. Labor will be charged based on this rate for all services and will be charged in quarter-hour increments.
Transportation - Rental car with unlimited mileage to travel to and from the site will be provided by the Client including standard insurance. Actual Gasoline charges will be charged to Client when invoiced will include actual receipts.
Hotel Accommodations - Hotel reservations will be provided by Client in the destination city for one overnight.
